How long will it take for me to receive my items?

At Ooblyssas, we work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Order verification, quality checks, and packaging take place within 24 hours after an order is placed. Processing typically takes an additional 2–4 business days.
• Shipping Time:
  • North America: 3–5 business days
  • Global: 5–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience occasional customs delays, which are beyond our control.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Depending on the availability and source of your products, some items may arrive together while others may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking updates for each package.

Can I return my items?

Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country. The customer is responsible for any applicable fees charged by customs upon delivery.
